Dr Edmund Taylor Brantley 1848-1917 Son of Lewis A. (of Jesse) and Isabell (Duke) Brantley. He came as an infant to Drew Co. AR from Meriweather Co. GA about 1849. He married Sarah J Langston. According to family history he was killed by step sons of his second wife (name unk) on March 9, 1917 . Shown here with his son Edmund f and his grandchildren.
